This sweet little colonial home in Easton, PA was just begging to be brought back to life. Years of neglect had taken over her façade and we just knew we could make her smile again. Classic gray paint with a cheerful front door made this exterior pop. The home displayed classic molding and hardwood floors which we restored to help retain the orginial character while we updated the rest with modern touches.
Bruta’s Story
After Bruta’s first husband tragically passed away, she had a hard time maintaining their home. She did what she could but eventually ended up moving away from the area to be closer to friends. She thought she had an agreement with someone to maintain the exterior but they ended up not fulfilling their end of the agreement and soon the little house on 27thwas extremely run down. Code violations and passed due property taxes began to build up and she knew the best option was to sell her house in Easton quick. Bruta gave us a call, we met her at her house where we listened to her and presented her with options. We were able to come to an agreement and Bruta was able to get her fresh start.

Kitchen
Plan: Utililze the small space effectively and make space for a dishwasher and a pantry.
Upstairs Bath
Plan:Rework the old layout so the shower could be properly utilized and a larger vanity accommodated.

Plan:Refresh the walls and restore the hardwood flooring
Downstairs Bath
Plan: Create a functional second bathroom
This space couldn’t even really be called a bathroom, it was basically a shower and a toilet surrounded by cinder block in a basement.
